Jevita Rogers has been with UCCS since August 2011 in her role of overseeing the UCCS Office of Financial Aid and Student Employment. Yearly, her office assists over 8,000 students in utilizing on average $110 million in financial aid to provide students opportunities to finance their college education.
In her role as Assistant Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management, she now has the directors of Academic Advising, Admissions, Registrar, and Pre-Collegiate reporting directly to her to ensure our students from Pre-Collegiate to crossing the stage at commencement are given a continuous and student-centric flow through their time at UCCS.
In 2016, Rogers served for six months with four others as leaders of the UCCS Division of Student Success and Enrollment Management. For their 2017 cohort, Rogers was selected to the CU Excellence in Leadership Program (ELP). Rogers was named UCCS Employee of the Quarter in November 2017. She also serves on dozens of UCCS committees covering topics from retention to housing appeals to strategic enrollment governance. She serves on the UCCS Staff Council for the 2024-2025 year as a Representative at Large and additionally, serves as an alternate UCCS member for the UCSC.
Rogers has 30 years of experience in higher education and has served on state, regional, and national committees from NCAA to the U.S. Department of Education.
She currently lives in Colorado Springs with her husband Marc (UCCS Class of 2015), her father and their two cats, Elvis, and Gizmo.
