Responsible for the recruitment of students at UCCS from high school concurrent programs to graduate school. The office handles all the paperwork, tours, and outreach to students.

Supports 380 student athletes across 14 NCAA Division II sport programs. UCCS Athletics competes at the top of one of the best DII Conferences in the Nation, the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference. 

Recreation Center in GRWC

Provides all students and UCCS employees, alumni, and affiliates who are members with state-of-the-art facilities and outdoor learning experiences.

Maintains and administer the University Student Code of Conduct, serves as a student advocate, provides assistance to students in crisis, and supports students by directing services and programs that enhance students' education and provide life-enriching experiences.

Facilitates equal access for students with documented disabilities, temporary medical and pregnancy-related conditions through accommodations and services. Connect with Disability Services if your medical condition impacts your experience in the classroom. We meet with students in-person and virtually year-round.

Here to help you with your next conference, summer camp, meeting, life event, and everything in between! Here for all of your in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.

A high-quality educational programs for children ages 1 to 5, along with engaging summer programs for elementary-aged students. Our offerings include diverse preschool and early learning options designed to nurture every child’s potential.

Responsible for assisting students and their families in financing their college education. Complying with all federal, state, and institutional regulations. Processing and disbursing aid dollars for all UCCS undergraduate and graduate students. 

Wellness Center in GRWC

A health clinic that serves UCCS students. Help our students with their primary care (e.g., annual exams, acute illness, injuries, immunizations), and can make referrals to appropriate community providers for specialized care needs. 

Copper House 9202

Supports international education for the UCCS campus community. The office provides services within the following areas: Education Abroad; International Student and Scholar Services; support to colleges and schools for international partnership development; and international opportunities (affiliations, hosting international visitors, opportunities abroad for faculty, staff and students). Staff are committed to the field of international education, are advocates for our visiting international students and scholars and work to support campus internationalization.

Wellness Center in GRWC

A mental health clinic that serves UCCS students. Help our students with their in-person and remote counseling, and psychoeducational testing needs. Through case management services, we also help students and UCCS employees connect with the on- and off- campus resources based on their unique needs.

University Center 110

Student support services designed to cultivate the holistic development of historically and currently marginalized students at UCCS through programs, trainings, workshops, leadership development, social events, intentionally designed resources, and active advising.

Responsible for the educational records for UCCS students. Responsible for maintaining the academic catalog and academic structure at UCCS as well as the CU-SIS (student information system). Determination of residency (domicile) as well as transfer credit and degree audit.

Responsible for supporting students in their journey from admitted student to enrolled. Helps students and their families become familiar with UCCS services and campus support.

Responsible for introducing middle and high school students with programming and education to learn of their college possibilities.

Creates a vibrant residential community where every student feels supported, engaged, and has a true sense of belonging through the residential curriculum, engagement programs, and intentional interactions.

The Campus Store is proud to be your one stop shop for all your spirit wear and school needs. The Copy Center proudly supports the UCCS community by providing high-quality services tailored to enhance teaching, research, outreach, and the student experience.

Cragmor Hall 104

Responsible for HR functions for all student employees. Handles the recruitment, hiring, and termination of student employees as well as maintaining the hiring system for students to find both on-campus and off-campus employment opportunities. 

University Center 104

A student's hub for campus engagement and involvement. It brings together student leaders, student organizations, volunteers, and activities under one mission. Programs include the Chancellors Leadership Class and UCCS Lead, Student Government, Student Activities and Campus Events, Student Clubs and Organizations, Student Media, and Fraternity and Sorority Life. 

University Center 114

Responsible for career coaching, major exploration, resume writing, skills identification to students. Works with creating employer connections for students as well as ensuring a comprehensive career service model.

UCCS Farmhouse

Our mission is to cultivate a regenerative oasis within our urban landscape, fostering experiential education and sustainable practices for our community. Through diverse programming, we aim to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills to become stewards of the land, promoting environmental sustainability and healthy living.

Gateway Hall

The McCord-Herbst Student Veteran Center on campus is open to all military-affiliated students. The Center offers a space to study and learn, as well as to connect socially. Services offered include success coaching, math tutoring, the Student Veteran Organization, and education VA Education Benefits. 

Wellness Center in GRWC

Serves the UCCS campus as the hub of health and wellness focused trainings, events, and outreach. Our nutrition services also fall under Wellness Promotion where our students have 3 free sessions with a registered dietitian and attend monthly cooking classes.
