Supports 380 student athletes across 14 NCAA Division II sport programs. UCCS Athletics competes at the top of one of the best DII Conferences in the Nation, the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.

Facilitates equal access for students with documented disabilities, temporary medical and pregnancy-related conditions through accommodations and services. Enrollment Strategy and Outreach

Serves the campus community by providing strategic guidance and planning for comprehensive enrollment growth, coordinated student communications and marketing for digital learning and outreach. The Office of Integrated Student Communications provides coordinated multi-channel student communications to cultivate a continuum of student care. Marketing for Digital Learning develops, launches, and assesses, digital marketing campaigns for online and multimodal programs.

Family Development Center
A high-quality educational programs for children ages 1 to 5, along with engaging summer programs for elementary-aged students. Our offerings include diverse preschool and early learning options designed to nurture every child’s potential.
Financial Aid

Responsible for assisting students and their families in financing their college education. Complying with all federal, state, and institutional regulations. Processing and disbursing aid dollars for all UCCS undergraduate and graduate students.
Health Services
Wellness Center in GRWC
A health clinic that serves UCCS students. Help our students with their primary care (e.g., annual exams, acute illness, injuries, immunizations), and can make referrals to appropriate community providers for specialized care needs.
International Affairs
Copper House 9202
Supports international education for the UCCS campus community. The office provides services within the following areas: Education Abroad; International Student and Scholar Services; support to colleges and schools for international partnership development; and international opportunities (affiliations, hosting international visitors, opportunities abroad for faculty, staff and students). Staff are committed to the field of international education, are advocates for our visiting international students and scholars and work to support campus internationalization.
Mental Health Services
Wellness Center in GRWC
A mental health clinic that serves UCCS students. Help our students with their in-person and remote counseling, and psychoeducational testing needs. Through case management services, we also help students and UCCS employees connect with the on- and off- campus resources based on their unique needs.

Student support services designed to cultivate the holistic development of historically and currently marginalized students at UCCS through programs, trainings, workshops, leadership development, social events, intentionally designed resources, and active advising.

Responsible for the educational records for UCCS students. Responsible for maintaining the academic catalog and academic structure at UCCS as well as the CU-SIS (student information system). Determination of residency (domicile) as well as transfer credit and degree audit.

Responsible for supporting students in their journey from admitted student to enrolled. Helps students and their families become familiar with UCCS services and campus support.

Responsible for HR functions for all student employees. Handles the recruitment, hiring, and termination of student employees as well as maintaining the hiring system for students to find both on-campus and off-campus employment opportunities.
Student Life and Leadership

A student's hub for campus engagement and involvement. It brings together student leaders, student organizations, volunteers, and activities under one mission. Programs include the Chancellors Leadership Class and UCCS Lead, Student Government, Student Activities and Campus Events, Student Clubs and Organizations, Student Media, and Fraternity and Sorority Life.

Veteran and Military Affairs
Gateway Hall
The McCord-Herbst Student Veteran Center on campus is open to all military-affiliated students. The Center offers a space to study and learn, as well as to connect socially. Services offered include success coaching, math tutoring, the Student Veteran Organization, and education VA Education Benefits.
Wellness Promotions
Wellness Center in GRWC
Serves the UCCS campus as the hub of health and wellness focused trainings, events, and outreach. Our nutrition services also fall under Wellness Promotion where our students have 3 free sessions with a registered dietitian and attend monthly cooking classes.
